I struggle with answering this question, because I do a lot of things and I just cannot stop adding more and learning more.
Years ago, when I was doing a lot of network marketing and groups and meetings, I had a business coach tell me that I need to narrow my “elevator pitch” so that I don’t lose peoples’ attention by listing all of the things. So I did. But then years went by and some of the people who I had gotten to know well, still did not know all the hats that I wear.
Knowing that I cannot list everything when I first meet people, but also know that I want people that I meet to know all of the things so that they or someone that they know can benefit from my awesome practices, I decided to start editing my website to more comprehensively list all the things. Here I am reviving my website that I have had for many years.

The common thread
Connection and communication are the comment threads that relates all of my many practices.
Connection to self. Through all of my practices I support my clients in connecting to themselves: body, mind, and soul. To identify and release what is no longer serving them and allow their body’s to come back to a place of balance and healing.
Communication with self. I do not believe in masking or covering up the symptoms that we feel without first connecting with them, and allowing them to communicate what is out of balance. When my clients have symptoms that their doctor or another practitioner has told them is “normal” and is disregarded. I like to talk on the difference between normal as typically occurring and normal as healthy.
Connection to community. At my office in St. Louis and my farm in Bonne Terre, I have created safe and inclusive spaces for the community to gather and connect.
Connection to nature. I did not mention “animal therapy”, I am not trained or anything but experiencing the love of our little petting zoo is amazing! Along with trails and beautiful woods to connect with all of the gifts of Mother Earth. Also, I am not good at growing things/gardening, but I am surrounding myself with people who do have those skills so that eating and enjoying the nourishment of our land will be made possible.
